Managing residential property in the South West

About

Twenty five years of looking after other people's property.

Nest Property Management and Services Ltd is based in Plymouth and works across the South West. We manage everything from single flats let for private landlords to purpose-built blocks run for freeholders and residents' companies.

Most of the work is invisible when it is done well. Rent collected on time. A contractor who turns up. A certificate renewed before it lapses. That is what owners come to us for, and it is why they stay.

What we do

Four ways we work with owners.

Whether you own one flat or an entire development, the job is the same: keep the property let, keep it maintained, keep it compliant, and keep you informed. Take on as much or as little of it as suits you.

01

Full management

Lettings, rent collection, maintenance, inspections and compliance, handled by one point of contact wherever you happen to live.

02

Block and building management

Service charge administration, planned maintenance and communal compliance for freeholders and residents' companies.

03

Lettings and tenant find

Marketing, referencing and tenancy set-up for landlords who would rather run the day-to-day themselves.

04

Investor support

A straight local view on a property, its street and the rent it should realistically achieve, before you commit.

Portfolio

From single flats to whole developments.

Our portfolio runs from period conversions and family houses let for private landlords, through purpose-built blocks run for residents' companies, to whole developments managed end to end. Communal areas, interiors and grounds all sit under the same management.

A pair of period townhouses with pillared doorways, railings and steps.
A communal entrance hall with letterboxes, a lift and a staircase.
A bright apartment living room with sliding doors to a terrace.
A city-centre apartment building at dusk, windows and balconies lit.
