Twenty five years of looking after other people's property.
Nest Property Management and Services Ltd is based in Plymouth and works across the South West. We manage everything from single flats let for private landlords to purpose-built blocks run for freeholders and residents' companies.
Most of the work is invisible when it is done well. Rent collected on time. A contractor who turns up. A certificate renewed before it lapses. That is what owners come to us for, and it is why they stay.
